Documents Required

To be provided by the applicant:

• 2 recent photographs (white background), 35-40mm in width
• Original passport valid for at least 3 months and previous passports if any
• Photocopy of CNIC
• Polio Vaccination Certificate
• Original of Family Registration Certificate (FRC), if travelling with family
• If you have been refused a visa by an embassy or high commission in the last 2 years, written explanation about the reason for trip and refusal. (a copy of refusal letter could be attached to the application)
• Company letterhead (letter will be typed by us on it), if employed
• NOC if Government employee
• If student original signed letter from applicant’s school/college or university
• Supporting documents of personal income:
a. Original bank statement of last 6 months
b. Last 3 salary slips (where applicable)
c. NTN for the last 2 years and and tax returns from FBR (where applicable)
• For underage applicant (under 18) travelling with single parent, a written consent of the other parent required with photocopy of his/her CNIC
