Mauritius Visit Visa

Duly filled-in and signed Visa Application Form
Passport (valid five months beyond the intended period of stay)
Two passport-size photographs (coloured with light background)
Copy of National Identity Card
Confirmed returned tickets (with e-ticket number)
Confirmed hotel reservation (to be received on mauripak@dsl.net.pk directly from the hotel in Mauritius) or the original invitation /sponsorship letter from the Mauritian host, together with a copy of the latter's National Identity Card duly, both duly attested by the local police station in Mauritius.(A one month old utility bill as proof of address should be submitted in case in a case of local sponsorship)
Bank statement for the last six months accompanied by an account maintenance letter in favor of the sponsor of the proposed trip to Mauritius
The visa application will not be considered if an applicant does not submit the required/missing documents within three working days and his passport will be returned to him after this period
