Travel & Health insurance
Polio Vaccination certificate
Copy of flight reservation
Copy of invitation letter from turkey or
hotel booking
Request letter on company letterhead/ in case of employee job reference letter required
Bank account maintenance certificate and original bank statement of the last three months, signed and stamped by the bank officer
Consent letter of the applicant for verification of documents
Salary slips of last 6 months or NTN
