Documents Required

  • Original Passport with 7 months validity
  • 3 passport size clear photographs with white background
  • Last 6 months statement stamped & signed by Bank (closing balance should be 2 Lacs for family & 1 Lac for single traveler)
  • Bank account maintenance certificate
  • Covering Letter (preferred on letter head)
  • CNIC Copy
  • Proof of Employment
  • Travel Booking and Hotel Confirmation
  • Sponsorship documents (Proof of business + Passport copy + Valid Visa copy)
  • Proof of marriage (Nikkahnama should be translated in English)
  • Family Registration Certificate & Form B
