Switzerland Visit Visa

Documents Required

To be provided by the applicant:

• 1 recent passport sized photograph (white background)
• Original passport valid for at least 3 months and previous passports if any
• For lost or stolen passports, a police report with English translation
• Photocopy of CNIC
• Original of Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
• If you have been refused a visa by an embassy or high commission in the last 5 years, written explanation about the reason for trip and refusal. (a copy of refusal letter could be attached to the application)
• Company letterhead (letter will be typed by us on it), if employed
• NOC if Government employee
• If student original signed letter from applicant’s school/college or university
• Supporting documents of personal income:
a. Original bank statement of last 6 months
b. Last 3 salary slips (where applicable)
c. If you are being sponsored, letter from the guarantor agreeing to bear the cost of all accommodation and expenses during your stay in Switzerland
• For underage applicant (under 18) travelling with single parent, a written consent of the other parent required with photocopy of his/her CNIC
• Signed and dated invitation letter in which the following information should be mentioned: - Name, last name, address and contact phone number (e-mail if existing) of the inviting person - Name, last name, date of birth and passport number of the invited person - Duration of stay - Explanation of relationship with the invited person
